Who we are

This website is operated by Glocal Solutions BV (“Interstellr”, “we”, “us”), registered in Belgium under VAT number BE0449.500.671, with registered office at New Yorkkaai 85, Bus 302, 2000 Antwerp, Belgium. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.

What data we collect

Interstellr’s website does not use a contact form or account system, and does not use cookies to identify or track you. We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics tool that records only aggregate, anonymised usage data (such as page views and button clicks) and does not identify individual visitors. Beyond this, the only personal data we receive from you is what you choose to send us directly by email to info@interstellr.io — typically your name, email address, phone number, and the contents of your message (for example, questions about an apartment or a viewing request).

Why we process it

We use the information you send us solely to respond to your enquiry, arrange viewings, and, where relevant, prepare and manage a lease. The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and, where a lease follows, the performance of that contract.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to handle your request, and lease-related correspondence for the duration of the lease plus the period required by Belgian accounting and civil law.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We only share it with third parties where necessary to provide our services (for example, a notary or property manager involved in a lease) or where required by law.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability.
