Interstellr is an Antwerp-based real estate company dealing in buying, renting and selling property. Our current focus is renting high-end, fully furnished apartments in Antwerp to people who need a real home for a limited time — without giving up comfort, security or flexibility.
Our apartments come furnished, with utilities and underground parking included, on a one-year lease with just one month’s notice. That combination is built for international expats, professionals relocating for a new role, and families in between homes.
Interstellr is a brand of Glocal Solutions BV, an Antwerp-based company founded in 1993. Interstellr was launched in 2025 as its dedicated real estate brand.
Why the name
An interstellar journey has no fixed address — just a series of places that are home for as long as you’re there.
That’s who we build for: people between two homes, docked in Antwerp for a season, a posting, or a few years. Every apartment is furnished and ready before you arrive, so wherever you’re passing through, it still feels entirely yours — on your terms.

- What is the minimum lease term?
- Every Interstellr apartment is let on a one-year lease with just one month’s notice, so you can leave whenever your plans change.
- What is included in the rent?
- Rent includes full furnishing — down to bed linen, towels, kitchen utensils and a washer/dryer — plus utilities (electricity, water, high-speed internet and TV) and underground parking, billed transparently with no hidden extras. You can land with just your suitcase.
- Is parking included?
- Yes. Underground parking comes with the apartment, so there’s no separate search and no street parking.
- Do you offer corporate or B2B leases?
- Yes, B2B arrangements are available — for companies relocating staff to Antwerp, and for individual professionals who set up a home office and want part of the lease billed B2B.
- Who are Interstellr apartments for?
- International expats, professionals relocating for a new role, and families between homes — anyone who needs a real home in Antwerp without a long-term commitment.
- Are pets allowed?
- We’re pet-friendly — small pets are welcome as long as they don’t cause any issues. An explicit request and approval is always required before moving in with a pet.
- Do I need to register with the city?
- Yes. Registering with the City of Antwerp is mandatory for every tenant, regardless of how long you’re staying. It’s also how you get the electronic badge needed to use the city’s waste containers, so it’s one of the first things to arrange after moving in.
- How do I book a viewing or apply?
